Mango and Almond Smoothie

A healthy summer drink home-made.


1. 3 ripe alphonso mangoes
2. 15-18 almonds
3. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
4. Palm jaggery as required
5. a few mint leaves for garnish
6. ice cubes optional

Preparation method

1. Peel and chop the mangoes
2. Crush the cardamom
3. Add chopped mangoes, almonds, crushed cardamom, palm jaggery in a blender
4. Blend till smooth
5. Pour the smoothie in a long glass or mug
6. Serve mango almond smoothie topped with chopped ripe mangoes and fresh mint leaves
