A cool one. A quick home made healthy breakfast beverage for the working couple.
Preparation time: a few minutes
Makes two large glasses
1 ripe mango cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh milk cream
1 cup of pineapple cut into small pieces
Method of preparation:
Mix all the ingredients into a mixer jar. Grind well and do not strain. Pour into a large glass and serve immediately.
